Progress Report for Mobile Paws For All

Good morning 2025!

As we step into the new year, I wanted to take a moment to update you on the progress of Mobile Paws For All and the incredible journey we’ve been on to make our vision a reality.

As of December 31, 2024, we have raised $1,143.07 towards our $10,000 startup goal. Every dollar contributed brings us closer to fulfilling our mission of promoting the health and well-being of dogs in our neighborhoods.

Current Progress

We have already allocated $700 for LegalZoom’s nonprofit startup services and $225 toward our website and initial software needs. These investments are laying the foundation for everything we’ll achieve in 2025.

Outstanding Costs and Quotes

We’ve received quotes for several essential services:

• $3,000/year – Insurance

• $1,200/year – Quickbooks (Accounting Software)

• $296/year – Squarespace (Website Hosting)

• $155/year – Google Workspace (Email and Collaboration Tools)

• $1,068/year – Jobber (Scheduling Software)

• $1,536/year – DonorPerfect (CRM for Donors)

• $444/year – Zoho CRM (Alternative CRM Option)

• $2,800/once – Website Development

• $560/once – Mailing List Setup

• $1,418/once – PostcardMania Advertising

We are still seeking quotes for:

• Logo Design

• Flyer Design and Printing

• Social Media Marketing

• ERP Software for managing operations

• Any additional legal or promotional content creation

What’s Been Accomplished So Far

Here’s what we’ve completed to date:

• Business Plan development

• Basic web design setup

• Email account creation

• Bank account establishment

• Launch of our donation page

• LegalZoom nonprofit registration initiated

Challenges and Next Steps

We cannot officially begin accepting clients and volunteers until we’ve secured insurance and finalized legal contracts for both. These are critical steps, and your support is what will make them possible.
